After we receive an order, the customer is prompted to schedule delivery via email, text or phone using RyderView. After scheduling, confirmation is sent with date, delivery details and tracking link.

While the delivery is in transit, real-time tracking is available to cucstomers throught RyerView. The customer also receives near real-time status updates of route progression.

Call before arrival

Call before arrival

24 hours prior to delivery, our scheduling team will call the customer to confirm the date, delivery details, and provide a specific two-hour delivery time window. For added convenience, RyderView sends an automated voice call notifying customer of delivery within 30 minutes of arrival.

Using RyderView, our two-man teams perform electronic proof of delivery and photograph goods at the customer's home to document intact delivery and prevent returns.

After delivery, RyderView offers you the option of sending an automated post-delivery survey call to the customer. During the survey, if any issues are identified with the customers experience, the customer can select an option to speak immediately with a customer service team member.
